STEP TOO: RELAXERATE!!

K. Now wiggle in to the comfyspot real good. Get right in there, guys. Yes. Then... RELAXERATE!! For reals!! Try real hard to do the most nothing you have done in evertimes!! Use a magic word for saying over and over and stuff!! Lotsa peoples use "OHMM", butt I like "SNACKS" or "YUMM" or sometimes "BUTTRUBZZZ". Now you try. .........

STEP FREE: TAKE THE BONEYPARTS OUT!!

This is the most hardest part, you guys. It will take lotsa concentrational thinkery, K? K.
So... when you are the mostest relaxerated you have been in evertimes, then... make a picturestory in your brainmelon of your whole entire bodyparts, K? K. THEN TAKE THE BONEYPARTS OUT. Yes. That way you will just be flubber. Flubber that oozes allover your cushycomfyspot. Like a puddlepond of flubber with your faceparts onnit. Good.............

STEP FORE: DO MORETHERS!!

Now keep doing lotsa that for like... eleventy hourtimes or something. Or maybe 'till your belly gets hungry and stuff, 'cuz if you are like me, it is unpossible to stay relaxerated when your belly is all hugry and stuff, amirite!!?? Prolly. Yup. OK. Do that.
