Did you know!!?? Me plus Mirabelly are all skootched in to the shinynew comfychair 'cuz soopersoon MUM plus POP are gonnna watch some picturemovies on the TVBox, plus they say we can stay up for watcherating too!! YUP!! ...............

Did you guys have a nice Mondaytimes!!?? We sure did!! Truestory, we went walkingtimes with MUM plus AUNTIE INDIA, butt POP could not come 'cuz he was doing lotsa workerman work!!.....

Butt soon as we got back to our foreverhome, MUM got out the BLOO PUDDLEPOND for cooling off our undercarriages, plus THEN.....

... we went up to our 'Partmenthouse all soakered, so's we could HOP ON POP!! Ha ha!! ................

YARN BOMBING DAY!! ....

Do you know what that is!!?? 'Cuz seriousface, me plus Mirabelle SURE DIDN'T!! NOPE!!

Here is what the 'puterbox says 'bout it!!

Yarn bombing (or yarnbombing) is a type of graffiti or street art that employs colourful displays of knitted or crocheted yarn or fibre rather than paint or chalk. It is also called yarn storming, guerrilla knitting, kniffiti, urban knitting, or graffiti knitting.

Ironically Yarn Bombing Day started as a simple gimmick at a sewing boutique, after they knitted a sleeve for their door handle, and from there it really caught on. From there it started spreading to cover telephone poles, put colorful socks on statues, and bike racks, even cars, trucks and anything that stays still long enough could get the treatment!
It’s all done in the spirit of beautification and fun, bringing a fantastically colorful display to urban areas around the world. It’s not even seen as graffiti by most people in the area, but rather an entirely acceptable and attractive form of urban art. And it’s little surprise, with all the amazing patterns that can come out of a knitter’s craft, and the warm and comfortable nature of the fabric. Of course, they don’t use wool because some people are allergic, but it’s still a fantastic time!
