Good questionthought, you guys!! If you did not know, it is a stinky little fishy from the oceanparts that is 'mazingly sooperstinky, plus sooperyummy plus lotsa peoples luvluvlove to put them on their pizzapies!! Weird I know, butt truestory!! 😊 😊 😊

Anchovies like these ones are all dried up for being scrunchycrunchy, butt they are still a 'mazing protien full-up with soopergood stuffs like calcium, selenium, niacin (Vitamin Number "B") plus 'specially OMEGA-3 FATS!! Yes!!

Fishies like SMELTS, ANCHOVIES, HERRING plus MACKEREL are 'mazing sooperfatty fishies that have waymorelots OMEGA-3 in them than other fishies. Yup! (That is why me plus Mirabelle take HERRING OIL with our yummysummies too!!)
