Truestory this was the LASTEST traveltripping Mirabelle did ‘fore she started SPA MODE, guys. Yes. The reasonings we were in the GUELPHplace was for Mirabelle to get a checking up, plus after that - WE GOT TO DO SOME EXPLORADVENTURING so she could have some HappyFunTimes too!! Yup!!
When Mirabelle was getting her checking up, I had a real good looksee at the picturemap, plus founded a ‘MAZING sounding place called THE ARBORETUM!! So that is totally where Rocky took us!!

Welcome to The Arboretum!
Arboretum grounds are open for walking and other permitted activities. Building facilities remain closed.
The Arboretum encompasses 400 acres adjacent to campus featuring plant collections, gardens, walking trails, natural woodlands, wetlands, and meadows. Established in 1970, The Arboretum is home to more than 2000 different taxa of woody plants, in thematic collections such as a synoptic World of Trees, Native Trees of Ontario, and noteworthy collections of Oaks, Beeches, Maples, and Conifers.
We connect people with nature and enhance teaching, research, and outreach at the University. The Arboretum is integral to many undergraduate courses, and acts as a 'living laboratory', providing support, expertise, and a wide variety of plants, species, and environments for researchers at all levels. We offer dozens of workshops and public programs annually, and serve as a beautiful venue for special events.
Our strong focus on conservation of woody plants native to Ontario is implemented through long-running initiatives such as the Rare Woody Plants of Ontario program. We archive, in living gene banks, representative specimens of rare and at-risk trees and shrubs of the province. Through our Elm Recovery Project we are breeding a genetically diverse, Ontario-sourced American Elm population that is tolerant of Dutch Elm Disease.

Okeedoke!! Now is when I am gonna show you ‘wackily where we went, plus what we saw and stuff, K? K!! So firsts thing that s’prized me was that this chunk of place is SOOOOOOO gigantical, it has its very own ROLLYCAR ROADS!!
For reals!! Plus check out where we left Rocky ‘fore we started to DOOP DEE DOOP on some real nice wildertrails!! ………….
There was lots’nlots of roominess for other rollycars too, guys!! Yup!! Plus it did not even cost any dollar pennies to get in!! Butt just so’s you know … puppy pals have to keep safety strings on their people friends so they do not wander off like our Pop, K? K!!
So after we left Rocky, we went down a real nice wildertrail only littlebits, plus that is where we founded a sooperneato buildinghouse called THE ARBORETUM CENTRE!!
It was all closed up ‘cuz of THE CRUMMYVIRUS, butt we still got to hang out by its puddle pond, guys!! Check it out!! ……………………………..
Isn’t that awesometimes!!?? IKNOW!! Wishowish we could have gone to the insideparts, butt the crummy virus goofed that all up real good. Anyhoozle, was still sooperfun to see all the artsyfartsy sculpturethingys!!
Plus after THAT is when we did some DOOP DEE DOOPing onna ‘other real nice wildertrail that had lotsa brainlearning wordy signs on it!! Yup!! Then we founded a chunk of place that was sooperdeedooper gigantical with big piles of waywideopen grassycarpet fields and stuff!! …………….

The Arboretum has a bunch sooperspecial gardenparts that are from differenter parts of our marbleworld, guys!! Seriousface!! From wayfaraways too!! The firsts won we got to see was the ITALIAN-TYPE GARDEN!! …………….
Isn’t that the most BEAUTIFULLISH gardenparts you have seen in all of evertimes!!?? IKNOW!! We could not even BLEEVE it!!
After that, we crossed a whole bunch grassy carpet to check out more sooperweird artsyfartsy sculpturational blockery!! See for yourself, guys!! ………………

Truestory it started out sooperfun, butt ‘fore too long, we could tell nobody was GROOMING this wildertrail!! NOPE!! Not even!! It got so hard to get through, Pop was almostly on his hands plus feets like me plus Mirabelle!! Was crazybananas!!
So after teensy whiles, we got outta that wildertrail, plus jumped back on the nice, big won we tried when we first got to there so it could take us allaways back to where Rocky was waiting for us!! Yup. Plus THAT won was soopernice!! ………
SEE!!?? Plus there was waymorelots of wordysigns for brainlearning ‘bout the leafytrees or the flowerposies or even The Naturemama’s babies and stuff!! Me plus Mirabelle liked it sooperlots!! …………
